Your POSTER should be the max. A1 size (594 mm x 841 mm or 23.4 in x 33.1 in) in portrait format (see sample image).
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and author's name, as stated in the submitted abstract. The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of two meters (six feet).
Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available for your convenience. Please check the Final Conference Program for the number of the poster board assigned to you, as well as the date of presentation. Your poster should be displayed according to the order in the Program.

Posters are to be mounted 30 minutes before the Poster Session.
Please remove your poster at the of the session.
The Conference organizers will not be responsible for posters that are not removed.
Posters (topic wise) are expected to be presented on 4 July 2023.

ORAL PRESENTATION
General Instructions:
-       INVITED TALK (30 minutes including questions)
-       ORAL PRESENTATION (20 minutes including questions)
-       PLENARY LECTURE (45-50 minutes including questions)
You are kindly advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins, to get acquainted with the location and meet the session chair and co-chair, and to upload your presentation.

Remember to
- Introduce yourself, introduce the topic and inform your audience what you intend to speak about;
- Deliver your talk, including the methods, results, and conclusions;
- Summarize for your audience the most important points of your lecture;
- Carefully note the allotted time for your presentation.
Please note that there will be no translation during the sessions, so please prepare and deliver your presentation in English. On-site technical support will be provided to facilitate and coordinate the smooth delivery of all oral presentations. Please follow the guidelines below.

Preparation of your presentation:
Laptops will be available in each room. Presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format. Macintosh users who want to submit presentations must export their presentation as a MS PowerPoint file or save as a .pdf file.
The following file formats are supported: *.ppt, *.pps, *.pptx, *.ppsx, *.pdf. Videos: Make sure that you compress the video and embed it in the presentation if possible. It is best to check video functionality well ahead of your presentation.
Note the day and time of your oral session presentation.
Presentations must be prepared in English.
Bring with you a copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive to the session room to be uploaded onto the computer provided for presentation, at the start of the session or during the break prior to your talk.
